Job Description

The Physician provides and manages direct patient care for a specific population, under indirect supervision, during normal hours and emergencies.
The role includes conducting physical exams, assessments, diagnoses, and treatments, prescribing medications, and referring patients to specialists.
They may oversee daily operations of medical programs or units, supervise medical staff, and participate in health promotion activities.
On-site duties are performed during business hours or emergencies, with required on-call rotations and potential virtual services adhering to telehealth policies.
The position involves training medical students and residents, following departmental policies, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
Additional duties are assigned as needed.
The role is full-time, based in Carrollton, KY, with a salary range of $200,000-$350,000, and offers comprehensive benefits.
Relocation to Carrollton is required before starting.
