Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate full-time LCSW or LCPC to join our outpatient behavioral health team at our Bethalto, IL Health Center.

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals and families.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.

Mentor medical residents or students as appropriate.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to legal standards.

Participate in team meetings and case discussions.

Qualifications: Master’s in Social Work or Counseling, valid Illinois license, 2+ years clinical experience, knowledge of PCMH model, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation.
