Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist to provide services for students aged preschool to 22 with moderate/severe disabilities.
Responsibilities include assessments, IEP/report writing, direct therapy, AAC support, consulting with staff and families, and materials preparation. Deliver speech therapy in individual or small group settings, participate in IEP and planning meetings, and ensure compliance with documentation and evaluation requirements. Provide guidance on speech/language development, classroom modifications, and assist in referrals as needed. Support SLPA and paraeducator staff, participate in multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to total communication strategies. Maintain caseload, handle billing, and pursue ongoing professional development.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, valid California credentials, and preferred CCC from ASHA. Experience in educational settings and a valid driver’s license are also required.
This full-time role offers a salary range of $68,101 to $134,402 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. Position involves in-person work.
