Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist to provide services for students aged preschool to 22 with moderate/severe disabilities.

  • Responsibilities include assessments, IEP/report writing, direct therapy, AAC support, consulting with staff and families, and materials preparation.
  • Deliver speech therapy in individual or small group settings, participate in IEP and planning meetings, and ensure compliance with documentation and evaluation requirements.
  • Provide guidance on speech/language development, classroom modifications, and assist in referrals as needed.
  • Support SLPA and paraeducator staff, participate in multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to total communication strategies.
  • Maintain caseload, handle billing, and pursue ongoing professional development.


    Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, valid California credentials, and preferred CCC from ASHA. Experience in educational settings and a valid driver’s license are also required.


    This full-time role offers a salary range of $68,101 to $134,402 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. Position involves in-person work.
