Job Description

This position requires a valid Speech-Language Pathology license and offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for December.

Our pediatric clinic provides a multidisciplinary environment with various therapy services, fostering collaboration for optimal child outcomes. We prioritize a flexible, fun, and family-like work atmosphere, with opportunities for professional growth and community events.

Responsibilities include providing 1:1 speech therapy to children aged 0-18, conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, parent training, and supervising SLPA staff.

Qualifications:

• Current CA SLP License
• CPR Certification
• Pediatric experience preferred (training available)
• Excellent communication skills
• Clinic experience and knowledge of pediatric terminology required
• Bilingual skills a plus
