Speech Language Pathologist – Redwood City

Job Description

We are seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to conduct home visits, assess, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Perform initial assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with healthcare teams.

Document patient progress, response to treatment, and update plans every 30 days.

Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and understanding.

Complete assessments and data collection per requirements.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, active SLP license, and at least one year of experience.

Offers competitive pay ($60-$70/hr), benefits, continuing education, and mileage reimbursement.
