Job Description

This full-time position involves conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for individuals seeking behavioral health services, with a focus on substance use disorders.

Responsibilities include providing individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques, collaborating with healthcare professionals for holistic care, maintaining accurate documentation with ICD-9/10 coding, monitoring treatment progress, and offering case management support.

Qualifications include valid licensure as an LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC, experience in behavioral health, knowledge of applied behavior analysis, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Willingness to train candidates with provisional licenses is also preferred.
