Job Description

Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in Clinton Township to provide impactful therapy for children with autism aged 2-12.

Compensation ranges from $80,000-$110,000, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and ongoing bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K, paid time off, and continuing education.

  • Lead engaging 30-minute therapy sessions with assessments and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and team members to develop treatment plans.
  • Complete documentation, prepare reports, and support team supervision when needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and ensure HIPAA compliance.

    • Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure or eligibility, pediatric experience preferred, excellent communication skills, and ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
