Job Description
Full-time in-person therapist position in Las Cruces, NM, focusing on behavioral health within a community health center.
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, MI, trauma-informed models) to adults and adolescents. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage a moderate-to-high acuity caseload. Support co-occurring and substance use cases in collaboration with medical and housing teams. Participate in integrated care consultations, crisis intervention, and care coordination. Attend multidisciplinary meetings and support a collaborative team environment. The role requires evening hours (e.g., 10am–8pm or 11am–8pm), with some flexibility.
Must hold an independent LPCC or LMFT license in NM. Experience with trauma, SUD, or co-occurring care preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Offers competitive salary, benefits, professional development, and a mission-driven environment.
