Job Description
The Speech Language Pathologist for the 2025-26 school year provides services to students from Preschool to High School Transitions, under supervision of the Special Education and Regional Directors.
Conducts evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring of students’ speech, language, and hearing needs.
Develops and implements individualized education plans (IEPs) and provides direct therapy to remediate communication impairments.
Collaborates with school personnel and families, participates in meetings, and maintains comprehensive documentation.
Utilizes research-based practices, supports diversity, and adheres to professional ethics and legal requirements.
Serves students across various disability areas, including speech, language, and communication disorders.
Full-time position with a salary of $125,000/year, offering benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, professional development, and flexible scheduling. Requires a valid Speech Language Pathology license and driver’s license, with work primarily in San Jose, CA.
