We’re hiring a *Mental Health Therapist* with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and access to NHSC student loan repayment.
Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans. Provide evidence-based individual and couples therapy to diverse clients, including children and adolescents. Maintain compliant clinical documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Requirements include LMSW or provisional license in Iowa; 2+ years of experience preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.
