Join a faith-based residential treatment center in Morrow, AR, as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist dedicated to transforming lives of adolescent boys facing mental health and substance use challenges.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy, conduct assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, integrating Christian values into therapeutic practices.
Facilitate psychoeducational groups on emotional regulation, trauma, and healthy relationships.
Maintain accurate documentation, participate in staff meetings, and support crisis intervention and family engagement.
Must hold an active counseling license in Arkansas, with experience working with youth in residential or similar settings, and a commitment to integrating faith-based principles.
