Job Description

We’re hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist in Fort Dodge, IA, offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus and an NHSC student loan repayment site.

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and collaborate with clients to set treatment goals.
  • Provide evidence-based individual and couples therapy to diverse age groups.
  • Maintain compliant clinical documentation and work with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Qualifications include LMSW or provisional license; 2+ years of experience preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus.
