Bilingual Mental Health Counselor II (Texas LPC, LCSW or LMFT required)

Job Description

Seeking licensed Mental Health Counselors for two Houston clinics to serve Spanish-speaking clients.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience, a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work, and active Texas licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosing, developing treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, documentation, and community education.

Experience working with children, adolescents, and diverse populations is required. Knowledge of EMR systems and cultural competence is a plus.

Position is full-time, with a starting salary from $70,000, offering benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development.
