Job Description

Seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) for in-person adult clinical services in Brainerd, MN.

  • Offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with $2,500 after 90 days and $2,500 at one year.
  • Responsibilities include facilitating therapy, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating care, maintaining compliant documentation, and ensuring client safety.
  • Requirements: LADC license, 12 hours in co-occurring disorders, absence of substance issues for 2+ years, ability to pass background check, proficiency in core counseling functions, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred: experience with co-occurring disorders, CPR certification, community/outpatient experience.
  • Full-time position with a salary of $60,000-$80,000/year, offering health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement benefits.
