Licensed Mental Health Clinical Supervisor (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC)

Job Description

Seeking a licensed LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC in Washington to serve as a Clinical Supervisor.

Responsibilities include providing clinical supervision and mentorship to up to 6 Associate Therapists, maintaining a caseload of 18–24 clients, and facilitating group consultation.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervision experience, strong ethics, and expertise in trauma-informed, multicultural, LGBTQIA+ affirming practices.

Schedule offers flexibility with hybrid in-office and telehealth work, typically 11:00 am – 7:00 pm, Monday–Friday.
