Job Description
Growing wound care company in Portland, OR seeks an energetic Nurse Practitioner for full-time rounding in Skilled Nursing Facilities and residential visits.
Manage a patient load, providing direct care, documenting accurately, and implementing treatment protocols. Collaborate with clinical leadership to improve care quality and ensure compliance with protocols and procedures. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams, and coordinate care across settings. Maintain certifications, participate in ongoing education, and obtain a wound care certification within one year if not already certified. Work independently, with travel reimbursed, in a role that offers up to $200,000/year, with benefits including health insurance, PTO, and 401(k). Ideal candidates are board-certified Nurse Practitioners with wound care experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
