Job Description

This part-time position is for a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in chronic pain management.

  • Requires at least 2 years’ experience, active VA license, DEA, and familiarity with EMR systems.
  • Responsibilities include conducting patient interviews, physical exams, reviewing imaging, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, diagnosing, prescribing treatments, and educating patients.
  • Must document visits accurately, ensure compliance with licensing and practice guidelines, and coordinate care across two office locations in Suffolk and Chesapeake, VA.
