RN Unit Manager

Job Description

The Unit Manager oversees clinical services on the skilled nursing unit to ensure quality resident care in compliance with policies.

They may also supervise other units or sectors, focusing on customer service, assessments, communication, audits, and compliance.

Requirements include an active RN license, CPR certification, background checks, TB testing, and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Must be fluent in English and able to relocate to Camp Verde, AZ.

The role is full-time, offering $40-$45/hour, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Preferred experience includes 3 years in nursing and BLS certification.
