Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner for our outpatient primary care practice in Sanger, TX, and the greater DFW area.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care and treatment under physician supervision
• Perform physical exams and preventative health measures
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
• Record findings and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians on case management
• Prescribe medications and recommend treatments
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills

• Experience in outpatient patient care management
• Proficiency with EHR systems
• Strong community health focus
• Knowledge of medications, legal guidelines, and best practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Compassionate and approachable demeanor

Requirements

• Advanced Nurse Practitioner degree and active Texas license
• Current DEA/DPS registration
• Minimum of 2 years of practice in family primary care
• Ability to commute to Sanger, TX, and willingness to relocate if needed

• Full-time position, salary starting at $95,000/year
