Seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) for a full-time role in post-acute care in Chico, CA. Offering a salary up to $165K plus uncapped bonuses, with flexible scheduling and a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

You’ll be a key clinical provider in a skilled nursing facility, performing exams, interpreting tests, diagnosing, prescribing, and collaborating with the care team. Both experienced providers and new graduates are encouraged to apply; training and mentorship are provided.
