Job Description

This full-time nursing leadership role involves supervising nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations. The schedule is 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM, three days per week, with rotating weekends and holidays, and includes a $3.50/hour shift differential.

Key responsibilities include overseeing resident care, supervising staff, administering medications and IV therapy, assisting with assessments and care plans, and addressing operational issues through resident rounds. The position requires a PA-licensed nurse with at least one year of long-term care experience, CPR certification, and the ability to manage staff and handle stressful situations.
