Growing wound care company in Portland, OR seeking an energetic Nurse Practitioner for full-time rounding in Skilled Nursing Facilities and residential settings.
Manage a full patient load, delivering direct patient care, and implementing treatment protocols.Coordinate with clinical teams, ensure accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with patients and partners.Maintain certifications, stay compliant with protocols, and pursue wound care certification if needed.Qualifications include Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, 1+ year wound care and NP experience, and strong communication skills.Travel in personal vehicle to patient sites; mileage reimbursed.
