We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality resident care.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily nursing operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. Developing policies to enhance patient care and efficiency. Supporting staff development and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Managing electronic health records, assessing patient needs, and promoting wellness initiatives. Ensuring a safe environment by identifying hazards and implementing safety measures.
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of practice. Experience in a supervisory healthcare role. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
This full-time role offers a pay rate of $35.00 – $38.00/hour, with benefits including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a flexible schedule. The position involves in-person work, averaging 32-40 hours per week.
