Job Description
This part-time position requires a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in pain management, to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to qualified patients in both Suffolk and Chesapeake, VA.
Conduct patient interviews, physical exams, and review imaging to develop individualized treatment plans.
Order, interpret diagnostic tests, and educate patients on results and management.
Prescribe therapy and medications following guidelines, and assist with pain management procedures.
Document visits thoroughly, address patient questions, and ensure compliance with licensing and practice protocols.
Must be licensed in VA with an active DEA, willing to travel/relocate to Suffolk, VA.
In-person work hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
