Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in wound care for a PRN mobile role in Flint, MI.

  • Conduct bedside wound assessments in post-acute, home, and facility settings.
  • Diagnose and treat chronic wounds, pressure ulcers, and skin conditions.
  • Perform wound debridement, dressing changes, and minor procedures.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management and prevention.
  • Accurately document encounters using EMR systems.
  • Collaborate with facility staff and the healthcare team to develop care plans.

    • Qualifications include current MI NP license, board certification (preferred), and experience in wound care or home health. The role offers flexible scheduling, hourly pay ($55-$62/hr), mileage reimbursement or vehicle, and supportive training. On-the-road work requires a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the service area. Prior clinical and wound care experience is preferred.
