Leadership opportunity for a full-time Evening Charge Nurse reporting to the Nursing Director, overseeing residents’ person-centered care in a community setting.
Responsibilities include coordinating care programs, supervising nursing staff and Resident Assistants, maintaining resident files per state law, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key duties involve assessments, care planning, medication management, staff training, scheduling, and emergency response. The role requires fostering relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners.
Qualifications include an active RN license, CPR certification, healthcare management experience with six or more staff, and at least 2 years working with residents with dementia. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call is essential.
