Registered Nurse

Job Description

Responsible for supervising resident care, assessing needs, developing care plans, and ensuring quality nursing services.

Supervises nursing staff, completes assessments, documents services, and monitors resident progress.

Implements care plans, adheres to policies, and communicates with residents and families regarding discharges.

Assigns duties, handles grievances, promotes positive relationships, and maintains a safe environment.

Performs chart reviews, tracks infection control, and fills in as Charge Nurse when needed.

Requires a licensed RN, 1-3 years’ experience, CPR certification, strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills.

Physical activities include lifting, walking, bending, and computer work.
