Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care for Sedona, AZ, working Monday to Friday with travel as needed.

Responsibilities include managing new and follow-up patients across all ages and insurances, including post-procedure care and chronic condition management. The role involves working independently in clinics and visiting assisted living facilities or nursing homes.

Requirements include AZ licensure, DEA certification, 1-5 years of primary care/internal medicine experience, and fluency in Spanish preferred. Strong communication, organization, EMR proficiency, and patient education skills are essential.
