Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with strong wound care skills to join our mobile wound care team in Southern Colorado (Pueblo & Colorado Springs).

• Enjoy a flexible schedule—part-time, full-time, or gradual build-up—with autonomy and rewarding clinical work.
• Manage 6–15 patients daily, performing wound assessments, debridement, advanced procedures, and developing treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with facilities, families, and home health partners while documenting visits independently.
