Job Description

Seeking a licensed, board-certified (or eligible) psychiatrist for a full-time role in a community mental health clinic serving adults with severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and schizoaffective disorder. The position offers a salary of $229,000–$235,000 annually, with a flexible schedule (30-40 hours/week) and in-person work in the Longwood Medical Area.

Responsibilities include comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management (including complex psychopharmacology), and integrating recovery-focused, evidence-based care. The role involves developing wellness programs, supervising a multidisciplinary team, and engaging with patients and the community to promote social inclusion and recovery goals. Candidates should have a valid Massachusetts medical license, DEA, and malpractice insurance, with experience in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care preferred.
