Seeking a permanent, board-certified Physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds) for a well-established Community Health Center in Philadelphia, PA.
Provide primary care to patients across all ages, mainly within the North Philadelphia community.
Manage a panel of established patients, ensuring continuity of care and promoting wellness and self-responsibility, especially for those with chronic illnesses.
Work in an outpatient setting with no night shifts, participate in after-hours call rotation, and engage in educational activities mentoring learners.
Requirements include PA medical license, board certification or eligibility, excellent communication skills, and experience working in inner-city environments.
