Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient care in a collaborative setting
• Accurate documentation in EMR with ICD-10 & CPT codes
• Coordinate with specialists and participate in quality initiatives
• Share on-call duties and maintain hospital privileges
• Supervise staff and oversee clinical operations
• Attend mandatory trainings and stay compliant with regulations

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate:

• MD or DO with active Florida license; Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with EMR and documentation
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality care
