Responsibilities include:
Providing outpatient care in a collaborative setting
Accurate documentation and coding in EMR
Networking with specialists and participating in quality initiatives
Sharing on-call duties and maintaining hospital privileges
Supervising staff and overseeing clinical operations
Attending trainings and ensuring regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
MD or DO with active Florida license
Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency in EMR and documentation tools
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality care
