Mental Health Counselor (LPC/LCSW/LMFT)

Job Description

We are seeking fully licensed mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Virginia for a flexible 1099 contract role, starting January 2026.

Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via virtual or in-person sessions.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based techniques (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.) to address mental health concerns.

Maintain accurate records, collaborate with other providers, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Offer crisis intervention and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications include active licensure, experience in outpatient settings preferred, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently.

Compensation is a competitive caseload split (starting at 60/40), with flexible hours, insurance credentialing, billing support, and opportunities for professional growth.
