Job Description
Part-time/PRN licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes.
Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless care, and documenting in health records.
Work with patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, illness, surgery, injury, or dementia, focusing on positive outcomes and personalized care.
Requirements: Current SLP license and a valid driver’s license. The role involves travel and working on the road.
