Job Description

Seeking a Pediatric Speech Therapist to provide early intervention services for children birth to five in Philadelphia County.

Responsibilities include addressing speech, language, oral motor, fluency, and sound production concerns, as well as feeding difficulties. Therapy is delivered in homes, daycares, and community settings, with a focus on developing individualized plans (IFSP), engaging families, and tracking progress.

Requirements:

• PA Speech Therapy (SLP) license or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication abilities

Compensation ranges from $90-$100/hour (W2 or 1099), with options for full-time, part-time, or flexible scheduling. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Bilingual therapists receive an additional $10/hour. Training is provided for those with limited experience. Immediate caseloads available. We support diversity and inclusion.
