Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to join our rural integrated healthcare team. This full-time position offers day shifts from Monday to Friday and includes benefits such as an employee assistance program.

  • Provide mental health services within a combined physician clinic and critical access hospital setting.
  • Require a Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school, a current Montana license or ability to obtain one, and at least 2 years of LCSW experience.
  • Must hold a mental health certification and work in person at our facility.

    • This role supports delivering coordinated, quality care to patients of all ages in a rural healthcare environment.
