Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMSW, or LPC) to provide individual and group therapy for clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and educate clients and families on recovery strategies.
  • Deliver crisis intervention and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards.

    • Qualifications include an active Arkansas license, experience with substance use disorders, and strong communication skills.
