Job Description
The Clinical Therapist role involves providing psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and therapy (individual, group, family) within a community-based behavioral health organization dedicated to unconditional care for diverse clients.
Responsibilities include collaborating with staff, developing treatment plans, documenting client progress, attending team meetings, and participating in crisis intervention as needed.
Qualifications require a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields, with licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPCC), up to two years of behavioral health experience, and knowledge of community resources.
