Home Health Speech Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our Home Health team in Manchester, TN, providing per diem services.

Assess and evaluate patients’ speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs within state regulations.

Develop and implement therapy plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers to facilitate effective communication and functional improvements.

Maintain reliable transportation to conduct in-home visits across the community.

Must Haves: Current state license, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and dependable transportation.
