Mental Health Therapist $5,000 Sign-on Bonus!

Job Description

We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time Therapists. Applicants must be at least 20 years old, pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.

Salary is approximately $57,000 annually, based on education and experience.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution, and a valid professional license (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT). At least one year of supervised experience providing therapy to children or adolescents is required, along with coursework in child development and counseling.

The Therapist provides trauma-informed case management and therapy to children and adolescents, collaborating with community partners.
