Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

We are expanding our multidisciplinary mental health clinic to San Jose, CA in early 2026 and are seeking a dedicated licensed mental health professional.

Our focus areas include mood disorders, trauma, eating disorders, and addictions, including sexual compulsivity.

The role involves providing individual therapy, facilitating group psychotherapy, and working within a treatment team for day and intensive outpatient programs.

Ideal candidates possess skills in assessment, treatment planning, and building strong therapeutic alliances with diverse clients. They should work effectively with a multidisciplinary team and pursue ongoing professional development.

Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, current California licensure (LMFT, LPCC, PhD, PsyD), and experience in clinical therapy related to mental health, eating disorders, addiction, or trauma. Additional training or certifications in trauma, eating disorders, or addiction are preferred.

This is a full-time position with a starting salary from $95,000 annually, offering benefits such as 401(k), matching, health and dental insurance, paid time off, professional development support, and vision insurance.
