Job Description

We are seeking licensed mental health professionals to join our 24/7 residential treatment centers in St. Paul and Fridley, MN, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, E-IMR), managing crises, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The role involves individual and group therapy, psychoeducational activities, and on-call crisis intervention.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, valid Minnesota licensure (LP, LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC), and experience with assessments and evidence-based treatments. Preferred candidates have a Doctorate, supervisory experience, and IRTS background.

Salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000, with full benefits including health, dental, retirement, and paid time off. The position is full-time, requiring availability for on-call duties and potential weekend work.
