Job Description
Seeking a skilled Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care across diverse settings.
Conduct thorough assessments, manage acute and chronic conditions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Perform procedures such as suturing, IV insertion, and spinal taps, utilizing EHR systems like Epic or Cerner. Participate in quality improvement, discharge planning, and support telehealth services. Manage complex cases involving infectious diseases, behavioral health, geriatrics, and pediatrics, including invasive procedures. Ensure patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and adherence to safety protocols. Ideal candidates have experience with advanced procedures, diverse clinical environments, and strong communication skills.
