Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Johnstown, NY.

Provide comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage medical conditions in collaboration with physicians.

Order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress.

Work with interdisciplinary teams, participate in meetings, and support nursing staff.

Ensure compliance with regulations and contribute to quality improvement activities.

Qualifications: Current NY NP license, AGNP/FNP certification, DEA registration, BLS (ACLS preferred), 1-2 years geriatrics experience preferred.
