Job Description

Seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner for a small community health center in Seward, Alaska. Candidates with rural family medicine, pediatrics, and women’s health experience are encouraged to apply.

Offering a salary of $130,000-$155,000/year, a $10,000 hiring bonus, steady day shifts, CME allowance, 80 hours PTO plus $3,000, and no on-call hours.

  • Provide primary care for all ages, manage acute and chronic conditions, conduct physicals, and perform basic procedures.
  • Collaborate with specialists, participate in community outreach, and ensure quality care within scope of practice.
  • Qualifications include a graduate NP program, Alaska license, 5+ years primary care, 3+ rural care, with preferred experience in women’s health and pediatrics.
