Seeking a part-time Physician’s Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care in a community health setting.
Follows school schedule with summers and holidays off; optional summer work for extra pay. Provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive care across various patient populations in multiple settings. Conducts assessments, orders tests, diagnoses, treats common illnesses, and manages chronic conditions. Collaborates with a healthcare team, refers complex cases, and promotes community health initiatives. Participates in quality improvement, community outreach, and ongoing education. Maintains licensure, certifications, CPR, and adheres to policies and confidentiality standards. Requires NY State licensure, certification, and ability to relocate to Marathon, NY. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
