Job Description

We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, Monday-Friday position in a Long Term Care setting in Mountain Home, AR. The role offers a schedule of 8am-5pm with no call or weekend work.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in the practicing state
• Family Nurse Practitioner Certification or Physician Assistant preferred
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience preferred
