Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join our Nephrology and dialysis team in a full-time, in-person role.
Provide direct patient care in a dialysis setting, including assessments, physical exams, and management of patients with chronic kidney disease and dialysis. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, educate patients on treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care. Supervision from experienced Nephrology providers is available, supporting a collaborative work environment. Requirements include an active VA Medical license, DEA certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Preferred experience in Nephrology but not mandatory.
