We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive patient care across all ages in various settings, including outpatient clinics, urgent care, and home care.
Conduct physical exams, assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Administer medications and perform procedures such as suturing and pelvic exams.
Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems like Next Gen and Epic.
Qualifications include current FNP certification, active license, and experience in primary or urgent care preferred. Strong communication skills and commitment to ongoing professional development are essential.
This full-time role offers an annual salary of $110,530.06 – $133,111.47, with in-person work responsibilities.
